The Ella Brennan
Savior Faire Award
Created in 1998, this award recognizes Ella Brennan's contribution to the restaurant business. We created this award, to be given out annually at the Louisiana Gold Culinary Classic, to a person or persons who have dedicated their lives to the betterment of the Hospitality Industry and their contribution to and support of the Chefs and cooks that work for them. This award is limited to those persons who live and work in the Greater New Orleans Area. The home of the American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter.
The recipient of this award is selected by a Blue Ribbon Panel of independent people from the Hospitality Industry and not by any one in the ACFNO. Making this one of the most coveted awards in the area.
