- 1 TB Olive Oil
- 1 lb. Spaghettini
- 1 2/3 TB Butter
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz Asparagus Spears ( frozen will do)

 |  | | - Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil, adding salt and oil.
- Cook pasta for 8-10 min or until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, make the sauce. Heat butter, cream, hot sauce and asparagus in a nonstick pan.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to simmer
and turn off. Stir in the Smoked Salmon.
- Drain the pasta in a colander. Tip it into a bowl and immediately add the sauce. Toss lightly. Top with caviar and serve at once, preferably with a rough Country bread and a great glass of White Wine.
