Spaghetti with Caviar, Salmon and Asparagus

  • 1 TB Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Spaghettini
  • 1 2/3 TB Butter
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz Asparagus Spears  ( frozen will do)
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 5 tsp. Sevruga Caviar.
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. Crystal Brand Hot Sauce

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil, adding salt and oil.
  2. Cook pasta for 8-10 min or until al dente.
  3. While pasta is cooking, make the sauce. Heat butter, cream, hot sauce and asparagus in a nonstick pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to simmer and turn off. Stir in the Smoked Salmon.
  5. Drain the pasta in a colander. Tip it into a bowl and immediately add the sauce. Toss lightly. Top with caviar and serve at once, preferably with a rough Country bread and a great glass of White Wine.
